Share something you’re already doing. Company is a bonus; the plan can go ahead either way.
No reply needed unless you join
Receiving an invitation does not reserve a place. There’s no need to decline or explain. The person sharing the plan cannot see whether you’ve read it. Unjoined invitations leave your invitation list after departure.
Once you join, keep each other in the loop
Tap “I’m in” and they’ll know to expect you. People who joined hear about changes. If you can’t make it, leave from the plan details; no explanation required.
Sign in with email
Enter your email and sign in with the 8-digit code. Your first sign-in creates an account. Use the same email on other devices to access your plans and connections. Codes expire in 10 minutes and allow up to 5 attempts.
First plan? Start with a link
Choose “Share a link”, add your plan, destination and time, then send the invitation to a friend. They can preview the plan before signing in and choosing to join. No subscription is required. Links can be forwarded; keep private addresses in the meeting instructions.
Keep me in the loop
Share your link or invite code in People. They can see who it’s from before signing in to request invitations. You approve the request. Receiving is one-way, and joining each plan is a separate choice.
Share something you’re already doing
Add your plan, destination, time and guest places. Share once by link, or choose people you’ve approved. Nearby sharing is optional and is never turned on automatically.
Get an invitation. Decide whether to join.
Receiving invitations or notifications does not join a plan. Tap “I’m in” to reserve a guest place and see the meeting location, participants and messages. You can leave before departure. People who joined will hear about changes and cancellations.
Pause privately, resume anytime
In People → I hear from, turn off invitations from that person. They won’t see your pause or be notified. Plans you’ve joined and important arrangement updates stay unchanged.
Add a departure reminder
Open a plan you've joined or are hosting to add it to your calendar with a reminder 15 minutes before departure. Add it again after changes. Always check the latest details in the app.
Set up push notifications
Go to You → Notifications to enable this device. On iPhone / iPad, add the site to your home screen in Safari, open it there and allow notifications. Other devices need a browser supporting web push. Email reminders can be enabled separately. Delivery depends on your connection, permissions and battery settings; check the app for current details.
Nearby plans and privacy
Allow location access in your profile. Coordinates are rounded to two decimal places for distance filtering; other users can't see them. You can clear your location or turn off nearby notifications. For a first meeting with someone new, choose a public place and keep home addresses out of public descriptions.
Blocking, reporting and accounts
Report a plan or block its host from the plan details. Go to You → Account & devices to unblock people, sign out other devices or delete your account. Account deletion requires a fresh sign-in within the past 30 minutes.
Record attendance and plan again
From one hour after a plan starts, you can record whether you attended and update your answer within 14 days. Other participants can’t see your answer; it is used for your records and aggregate insights. Hosts can choose “Plan this again” in a past plan, update the time and publish a new invitation.
